1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 22vip website and all related services, features, content, and products offered by 22vip (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

22vip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address where available.

2.Eligibility

Access to 22vip is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 22vip strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are using the Platform for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion from any gambling operator, and you have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder.
• You are registering and using one account in your own legal name and agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as required.

22vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 22vip Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you.
• You must notify 22vip immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or that your login credentials have been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Duplicate accounts — that is, more than one account registered by the same individual — are prohibited. 22vip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonus balances associated with them.

22vip employs SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Notwithstanding this, you are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the Platform is adequately secured and free from malware. 22vip accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your device or account credentials.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

22vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of your request. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered to your 22vip account and verified in your name. 22vip does not permit withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• 22vip reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your national identity card, proof of mobile wallet ownership, or other documentation as reasonably required.
• All deposits must be used for wagering purposes. Deposits made and immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity may be treated as suspicious transactions and may be subject to review and reversal.
• 22vip is not responsible for delays or failures in processing transactions caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Funds held in your 22vip account balance are not interest-bearing. 22vip does not act as a bank or financial institution and holds player funds only for the purposes of facilitating gameplay on the Platform.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 22vip may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have not previously held a 22vip account, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a reload or loyalty offer available to existing account holders.
• 22vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable policies.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account balance. Real money funds will be used first in any wagering. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be voided if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to defraud 22vip or other players, including through chargebacks, false disputes with payment providers, or any other form of financial manipulation.
• Using any software, algorithm, robot, bot, script, or other automated means to access or use the Platform, or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event available on the Platform.
• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21, or assisting, facilitating, or encouraging a minor to access or use the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

22vip employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation. 22vip's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final.

7.Intellectual Property

All content available on the 22vip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 22vip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for commercial purposes.

The 22vip name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and service marks are the exclusive property of 22vip. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without the prior written consent of 22vip. Unauthorised use of any 22vip intellectual property may result in legal action.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22vip, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or 22vip had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 22vip's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 22vip's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22vip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.Responsible Gaming

22vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. 10.Termination and Suspension

22vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your 22vip account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of your account at your request, any remaining verified real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no prohibited conduct investigation is pending.

11.Amendments to These Terms

22vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 22vip will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your account. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 22vip operates as a safe and reliable platform and all disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties before recourse to any formal dispute resolution process.
